Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the Provider of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the withdrawal is effective, all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs), will be refunded without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of leisure services if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code).

This applies in particular to workshops.
