§1 Scope of applications
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between
Leon Wehrs – nature.through.lens
and customers via this website.
They apply to the sale of goods (in particular photographic prints and calendars) as well as to services (in particular workshops).

§3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products and services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
A contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the customer’s order by email.
§4 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euro (€).
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.
§5 Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Delivery times depend on the product and are indicated in the online shop.
The Provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or international shipping processes.
§6 Workshops
Workshops constitute leisure services and take place on fixed dates.
Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
There is no entitlement to specific photographic results, wildlife sightings or weather conditions.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel workshops if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for other important reasons. In such cases, any fees already paid will be refunded.
§7 Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Participation in outdoor activities and events in nature is at the participant’s own risk.
No liability is assumed for damages resulting from wildlife behavior, weather conditions or terrain characteristics.
§8 Right of Withdrawal
Information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.
§9 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the Provider’s place of business, insofar as legally permissible.
